³¹and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, and understanding, and knowledge, and all teaching, ³²to design and to fashion, with gold and silver and brass, ³³and with engraving stones, and with the skill of a carpenter. Whatever can be skillfully invented,

²And do not choose to be conformed to this age, but instead choose to be reformed in the newness of your mind, so that you may demonstrate what is the will of God: what is good, and what is well-pleasing, and what is perfect.

³¹Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever else you may do, do everything for the glory of God.

⁸Concerning the rest, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is chaste, whatever is just, whatever is holy, whatever is worthy to be loved, whatever is of good repute, if there is any virtue, if there is any praiseworthy discipline: meditate on these.

¹⁵Do not choose to love the world, nor the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the charity of the Father is not in him.

⁸See to it that no one deceives you through philosophy and empty falsehoods, as found in the traditions of men, in accord with the influences of the world, and not in accord with Christ.

²²You should not be quick to impose hands on anyone, nor should you take part in the sins of outsiders. Keep yourself chaste.
