16But avoid profane or empty talk. For these things advance one greatly in impiety.
14Insist on these things, testifying before the Lord. Do not be contentious about words, for this is useful for nothing but the subversion of listeners.

And they have power over the waters, to convert them into blood, and to strike the earth with every kind of affliction as often as they will.
