10Whoever is faithful in what is least, is also faithful in what is greater. And whoever is unjust in what is small, is also unjust in what is greater. 11So then, if you have not been faithful with iniquitous mammon, who will trust you with what is true? 12And if you have not been faithful with what belongs to another, who will give you what is yours?

9If we confess our sins, then he is faithful and just, so as to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all iniquity.

1“So then, if you will listen to the voice of the Lord your God, so as to keep and do all of his commandments, which I instruct to you this day, the Lord your God will cause you to be more exalted than all the nations which exist upon the earth. 2And all these blessings shall come to you and take hold of you, but only if you listen to his precepts. 3Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed in the field. 4Blessed shall be the fruit of your loins, and the fruit of your land, and the fruit of your cattle, the droves of your herds, and the folds of your sheep. 5Blessed shall be your barns, and blessed your storehouses. 6Blessed shall you be entering and departing.

22HETH. By the mercies of the Lord, we are not consumed. For his compassion has not passed away. 23HETH. I know it at first light; great is your faithfulness.

3Let not mercy and truth abandon you: encircle them around your throat, and inscribe them on the tablets of your heart. 4And so shall you discover grace and good discipline, in the sight of God and men.

22But the fruit of the Spirit is charity, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, forbearance, 23meekness, faith, modesty, abstinence, chastity. There is no law against such things.

10You should fear nothing amid those things which you will suffer. Behold, the devil will cast some of you into prison, so that you may be tested. And you will have tribulation for ten days. Be faithful even unto death, and I will give to you the crown of life.

9And you shall know that the Lord your God himself is a strong and faithful God, preserving his covenant and his mercy for those who love him and those who keep his precepts for a thousand generations,

13Temptation should not take hold of you, except what is human. For God is faithful, and he will not permit you to be tempted beyond your ability. Instead, he will effect his Providence, even during temptation, so that you may be able to bear it.

21His lord said to him: ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. Since you have been faithful over a few things, I will appoint you over many things. Enter into the gladness of your lord.’
