6Jesus said to him: “I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

24Therefore, I said to you, that you will die in your sins. For if you will not believe that I am, you will die in your sin.”

6I wonder that you have been so quickly transferred, from him who called you into the grace of Christ, over to another gospel. 7For there is no other, except that there are some persons who disturb you and who want to overturn the Gospel of Christ. 8But if anyone, even we ourselves or an Angel from Heaven, were to preach to you a gospel other than the one that we have preached to you, let him be anathema.

14And the Word became flesh, and he lived among us, and we saw his glory, glory like that of an only-begotten Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

44But I say to you: Love your enemies. Do good to those who hate you. And pray for those who persecute and slander you.

1The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave to him, in order to make known to his servants the things that must soon occur, and which he signified by sending his Angel to his servant John;

1And a reed, similar to a staff, was given to me. And it was said to me: “Rise up and measure the temple of God, and those who are worshiping in it, and the altar. 2But the atrium, which is outside of the temple, set it aside and do not measure it, because it has been given over to the Gentiles. And they shall trample upon the Holy City for forty-two months. 3And I will present my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy for one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth. 4These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands, standing in the sight of the lord of the earth. 5And if anyone will want to harm them, fire shall go forth from their mouths, and it shall devour their enemies. And if anyone will want to wound them, so must he be slain. 6These have the power to close up the heavens, so that it may not rain during the days of their prophesying. And they have power over the waters, to convert them into blood, and to strike the earth with every kind of affliction as often as they will.

18For I call as witnesses all listeners of the words of the prophecy of this book. If anyone will have added to these, God will add upon him the afflictions written in this book. 19And if anyone will have taken away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his portion from the Book of Life, and from the Holy City, and from these things which have been written in this book.

1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and God was the Word. 2He was with God in the beginning. 3All things were made through Him, and nothing that was made was made without Him. 4Life was in Him, and Life was the light of men. 5And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. 6There was a man sent by God, whose name was John.

11But thereafter he said: “Behold, you have conceived, and you will give birth to a son. And you shall call his name Ishmael, because the Lord has heard your affliction. 12He will be a wild man. His hand will be against all, and all hands will be against him. And he will pitch his tents away from the region of all his brothers.”

19For through the law, I have become dead to the law, so that I may live for God. I have been nailed to the cross with Christ. 20I live; yet now, it is not I, but truly Christ, who lives in me. And though I live now in the flesh, I live in the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and who delivered himself for me. 21I do not reject the grace of God. For if justice is through the law, then Christ died in vain.

4And I saw thrones. And they sat upon them. And judgment was given to them. And the souls of those beheaded because of the testimony of Jesus and because of the Word of God, and who did not adore the beast, nor his image, nor accept his character on their foreheads or on their hands: they lived and they reigned with Christ for a thousand years. 5The rest of the dead did not live, until the thousand years are completed. This is the First Resurrection. 6Blessed and holy is he who takes part in the First Resurrection. Over these the second death has no power. But they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and they shall reign with him for a thousand years. 7And when the thousand years will have been completed, Satan shall be released from his prison, and he will go out and seduce the nations which are upon the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog. And he will gather them together for battle, those whose number is like the sand of the sea. 8And they climbed across the breadth of the earth, and they encompassed the camp of the Saints and the Beloved City. 9And fire from God descended from heaven and devoured them. And the devil, who seduced them, was cast into the pool of fire and sulphur,

11And I saw a great white throne, and One sitting upon it, from whose sight earth and heaven fled, and no place was found for them. 12And I saw the dead, great and small, standing in view of the throne. And books were opened. And another Book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged by those things that had been written in the books, according to their works. 13And the sea gave up the dead who were in it. And death and Hell gave up their dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. 14And Hell and death were cast into the pool of fire. This is the second death. 15And whoever was not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the pool of fire.

36Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life. But whoever is unbelieving toward the Son shall not see life; instead the wrath of God remains upon him.”

1In the beginning, God created heaven and earth. 2But the earth was empty and unoccupied, and darknesses were over the face of the abyss; and so the Spirit of God was brought over the waters. 3And God said, “Let there be light.” And light became. 4And God saw the light, that it was good; and so he divided the light from the darknesses. 5And he called the light, ‘Day,’ and the darknesses, ‘Night.’ And it became evening and morning, one day. 6God also said, “Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide waters from waters.”

17But within the wisdom that is from above, certainly, chastity is first, and next peacefulness, meekness, openness, consenting to what is good, a plenitude of mercy and good fruits, not judging, without falseness. 18And so the fruit of justice is sown in peace by those who make peace.
