1“Do not judge, so that you may not be judged. 2For with whatever judgment you judge, so shall you be judged; and with whatever measure you measure out, so shall it be measured back to you.

20“But,” he said “the things which go out from a man, these pollute a man. 21For from within, from the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, 22thefts, avarice, wickedness, deceitfulness, homosexuality, an evil eye, blasphemy, self-exaltation, foolishness. 23All these evils proceed from within and pollute a man.”

19Now the works of the flesh are manifest; they are: fornication, lust, homosexuality, self-indulgence, 20the serving of idols, drug use, hostility, contentiousness, jealousy, wrath, quarrels, dissensions, divisions, 21envy, murder, inebriation, carousing, and similar things. About these things, I continue to preach to you, as I have preached to you: that those who act in this way shall not obtain the kingdom of God.

26Neither shall you carry anything of the idol into your house, lest you become accursed, just as it also is. You shall detest it like dung, and you shall abominate it like defilement and filth, because it is an accursed thing.”

2Bless the Lord, O my soul, and do not forget all his recompenses. 3He forgives all your iniquities. He heals all your infirmities. 4He redeems your life from destruction. He crowns you with mercy and compassion.

1The parables of Solomon, son of David, king of Israel, 2in order to know wisdom and discipline, 3to understand words of prudence, and to accept the instruction of doctrine, justice and judgment, and equity, 4so as to give discernment to little ones, knowledge and understanding to adolescents. 5By listening, the wise shall become wiser and the intelligent shall possess governments. 6He shall turn his soul to a parable and to its interpretation, to the words of the wise and their enigmas.

13And we are also speaking of these things, not in the learned words of human wisdom, but in the doctrine of the Spirit, bringing spiritual things together with spiritual things.

13Instead, exhort one another every day, while it is still called ‘today,’ so that none of you may become hardened through the falseness of sin.
