1And I saw another strong Angel, descending from heaven, clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was like the sun, and his feet were like columns of fire. 2And he held in his hand a small open book. And he stationed his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot upon the land. 3And he cried out with a great voice, in the manner of a lion roaring. And when he had cried out, seven thunders uttered their voices. 4And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write. But I heard a voice from heaven, saying to me: “Seal the things that the seven thunders have spoken, and do not write them.” 5And the Angel, whom I saw standing upon the sea and upon the land, lifted up his hand toward heaven. 6And he swore by the One who lives forever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that are in it; and the earth, and the things that are in it; and the sea, and the things that are in it: that the time will not be any longer,

1The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave to him, in order to make known to his servants the things that must soon occur, and which he signified by sending his Angel to his servant John; 2he has offered testimony to the Word of God, and whatever he saw is the testimony of Jesus Christ. 3Blessed is he who reads or hears the words of this Prophecy, and who keeps the things that have been written in it. For the time is near. 4John, to the seven Churches, which are in Asia. Grace and peace to you, from him who is, and who was, and who is to come, and from the seven spirits who are in the sight of his throne, 5and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the first-born of the dead, and the leader over the kings of the earth, who has loved us and has washed us from our sins with his blood, 6and who has made us into a kingdom and into priests for God and for his Father. To him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

6Jesus said to him: “I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

6And I heard something like the voice of a great multitude, and like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of great thunders, saying: “Alleluia! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, has reigned. 7Let us be glad and exult. And let us give glory to him. For the marriage feast of the Lamb has arrived, and his wife has prepared herself.” 8And it was granted to her that she should cover herself with fine linen, splendid and white. For the fine linen is the justifications of the Saints.

17so that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give a spirit of wisdom and of revelation to you, in knowledge of him. 18May the eyes of your heart be illuminated, so that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and the wealth of the glory of his inheritance with the saints, 19and the preeminent magnitude of his virtue toward us, toward we who believe in accord with the work of his powerful virtue,

1And I saw a beast ascending from the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon its horns were ten diadems, and upon its heads were names of blasphemy. 2And the beast that I saw was similar to a leopard, and its feet were like the feet of a bear, and its mouth was like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave his own power and great authority to it. 3And I saw that one of its heads seemed to be slain unto death, but his deadly wound was healed. And the entire world was in wonder following the beast. 4And they worshiped the dragon, who gave authority to the beast. And they worshiped the beast, saying: “Who is like the beast? And who would be able to fight with it?” 5And there was given to it a mouth, speaking great things and blasphemies. And authority was given to him to act for forty-two months. 6And he opened his mouth in blasphemies against God, to blaspheme his name and his tabernacle and those who dwell in heaven.
