10For you, O Lord, have established me singularly in hope.

And they have power over the waters, to convert them into blood, and to strike the earth with every kind of affliction as often as they will.
3May he not allow your foot to be moved, and may he not slumber, who guards you. 4Behold, he who guards Israel will neither sleep, nor slumber.
