thankfulness

¹⁸Give thanks in everything. For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for all of you.

⁴Enter his gates with confession, his courts with hymns, and acknowledge him. Praise his name.

²Pursue prayer. Be watchful in prayer with acts of thanksgiving.

²⁰giving thanks always for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to God the Father.

¹Alleluia. Confess to the Lord, for he is good, for his mercy is with every generation.

¹⁵And let the peace of Christ lift up your hearts. For in this peace, you have been called, as one body. And be thankful.

⁶Be anxious about nothing. But in all things, with prayer and supplication, with acts of thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God.

¹⁷Let everything whatsoever that you do, whether in word or in deed, be done all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

¹Alleluia. Confess to the Lord, for he is good, for his mercy is with every generation.

³⁴Confess to the Lord, for he is good. For his mercy is eternal.

¹⁵And let the peace of Christ lift up your hearts. For in this peace, you have been called, as one body. And be thankful. ¹⁶Let the word of Christ live in you in abundance, with all wisdom, teaching and correcting one another, with psalms, hymns, and spiritual canticles, singing to God with the grace in your hearts. ¹⁷Let everything whatsoever that you do, whether in word or in deed, be done all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

³¹I will praise the name of God with a canticle, and I will magnify him with praise.

⁷The Lord is my helper and my protector. In him, my heart has hoped and I have been helped. And my flesh has flourished again. And from my will, I shall confess to him.

¹⁶Rejoice always. ¹⁷Pray without ceasing. ¹⁸Give thanks in everything. For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for all of you.
