¹²Blessed is the man who suffers temptation. For when he has been proven, he shall receive the crown of life which God has promised to those who love him.

⁴And when the Leader of pastors will have appeared, you shall secure an unfading crown of glory.

¹⁰You should fear nothing amid those things which you will suffer. Behold, the devil will cast some of you into prison, so that you may be tested. And you will have tribulation for ten days. Be faithful even unto death, and I will give to you the crown of life.

⁸As for the remainder, a crown of justice has been reserved for me, one which the Lord, the just judge, will render to me in that day, and not only to me, but also to those who look forward to his return. Hurry to return to me soon.

¹¹Behold, I am approaching quickly. Hold on to what you have, so that no one may take your crown.

³And you shall be a crown of glory in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.

²⁵And one who competes in a contest abstains from all things. And they do this, of course, so that they may achieve a corruptible crown. But we do this, so that we may achieve what is incorruptible.

¹And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon was under her feet, and on her head was a crown of twelve stars.

¹⁹For what is our hope, and our joy, and our crown of glory? Is it not you, before our Lord Jesus Christ at his return?

²And I saw, and behold, a white horse. And he who was sitting upon it was holding a bow, and a crown was given to him, and he went forth conquering, so that he might prevail.

²Bless the Lord, O my soul, and do not forget all his recompenses. ³He forgives all your iniquities. He heals all your infirmities. ⁴He redeems your life from destruction. He crowns you with mercy and compassion. ⁵He satisfies your desire with good things. Your youth will be renewed like that of the eagle.
