2Men will be lovers of themselves, greedy, self-exalting, arrogant, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, wicked,

11And it happened that, while he was traveling to Jerusalem, he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. 12And as he was entering a certain town, ten leprous men met him, and they stood at a distance. 13And they lifted up their voice, saying, “Jesus, Teacher, take pity on us.” 14And when he saw them, he said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And it happened that, as they were going, they were cleansed. 15And one of them, when he saw that he was cleansed, returned, magnifying God with a loud voice. 16And he fell face down before his feet, giving thanks. And this one was a Samaritan.

21For although they had known God, they did not glorify God, nor give thanks. Instead, they became weakened in their thoughts, and their foolish heart was obscured.

5if I have repaid those who rendered evils to me, may I deservedly fall away empty before my enemies: 6let the enemy pursue my soul, and take hold of it, and trample my life into the earth, and drag down my glory into the dust. Pause
