15Do not choose to love the world, nor the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the charity of the Father is not in him. 16For all that is in the world is the desire of the flesh, and the desire of the eyes, and the arrogance of a life which is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17And the world is passing away, with its desire. For salvation is from the Jews. 23But the hour is coming, and it is now, when true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth. For the Father also seeks such persons who may worship him. 24God is Spirit. And so, those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.”

21Whoever holds to my commandments and keeps them: it is he who loves me. And whoever loves me shall be loved by my Father. And I will love him, and I will manifest myself to him.”
