love one another

³⁴I give you a new commandment: Love one another. Just as I have loved you, so also must you love one another.

²⁰If anyone says that he loves God, but hates his brother, then he is a liar. For he who does not love his brother, whom he does see, in what way can he love God, whom he does not see?

⁸But, before all things, have a constant mutual charity among yourselves. For love covers a multitude of sins.

³⁴I give you a new commandment: Love one another. Just as I have loved you, so also must you love one another. ³⁵By this, all shall recognize that you are my disciples: if you will have love for one another.”

¹⁰loving one another with fraternal charity, surpassing one another in honor:

⁷Most beloved, let us love one another. For love is of God. And everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. ⁸Whoever does not love, does not know God. For God is love. ⁹The love of God was made apparent to us in this way: that God sent his only-begotten Son into the world, so that we might live through him. ¹⁰In this is love: not as if we had loved God, but that he first loved us, and so he sent his Son as a propitiation for our sins.

⁸You should owe nothing to anyone, except so as to love one another. For whoever loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law.

¹¹Most beloved, if God has so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

¹⁸My little sons, let us not love in words only, but in works and in truth.

¹²This is my precept: that you love one another, just as I have loved you.

¹³For you, brothers, have been called to liberty. Only you must not make liberty into an occasion for the flesh, but instead, serve one another through the charity of the Spirit.
