11You have made known to me the ways of life; you will fill me with joy by your countenance. At your right hand are delights, even to the end.

11And the Lord will give you rest continually, and he will fill your soul with splendor, and he will free your bones, and you will be like a watered garden and like a fountain of water whose waters will not fail.

5Let your behavior be without avarice; be content with what you are offered. For he himself has said, “I will not abandon you, and I will not neglect you.”

13So may the God of hope fill you with every joy and with peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope and in the virtue of the Holy Spirit.

11I am not saying this as if out of need. For I have learned that, in whatever state I am, it is sufficient. 12I know how to be humbled, and I know how to abound. I am prepared for anything, anywhere: either to be full or to be hungry, either to have abundance or to endure scarcity.

27The poor will eat and be satisfied, and those who yearn for the Lord will praise him. Their hearts will live forever and ever.

1To David himself. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and bless his holy name, all that is within me. 2Bless the Lord, O my soul, and do not forget all his recompenses. 3He forgives all your iniquities. He heals all your infirmities. 4He redeems your life from destruction. He crowns you with mercy and compassion. 5He satisfies your desire with good things. Your youth will be renewed like that of the eagle.

14Instead, the water that I will give to him will become in him a fountain of water, springing up into eternal life.”
